Advanced Kettlebell 300 and Healthy Abs Challenge

Most Challenging, Very Satisfying, and Lots of Fun: This class is only for Intermediate/Advanced students familiar with Kettlebell training who have already completed a Basic Kettlebell course and want a more intense KB experience.

Kettlebell Basics

Learn Deadlift, Halo, 2-arm Swing, 1-arm Swing, and Clean/Press. For the person who has never done Kettlebells or has been away from Kettlebells for a while but needs a refresher course. Also, for The Intermediate/Advanced student who wants to refine their Kettlebell technique. All Kettlebell skills and techniques will be taught in this class.

Qigong Challenge: Revitalizing Chinese Yoga includes the Tai-Chi Ruler

Sun-style qigong emphasizes hard and soft elements while utilizing small, agile, graceful movements that do not hurt the joints. The system is perfect for all ages and folks with a limited range of motion. Everyone is welcome! You will see and feel your strength, balance, and coordination improve immediately. This class is a recommended prerequisite to kung fu and Self-Defense training.
